Dolly's Brolly's is a division of Plane Crazy Ltd which is proudly owned by Garry & Sandra Bentley. Dolly's Brolly's is the sole NZ Distributor for Clifton Umbrellas, Melbourne, Australia. A fourth generation Australian family company. Like many businesses in New Zealand we may be small but we are "perfectly formed". We do not have a retail outlet only a distribution warehouse based in Tauranga in the sunny Bay of Plenty. Our products can be found throughout New Zealand in a wide variety of retailers as diverse as Fashion Accessory Stores, Hat & Bag Stores, Gift Stores, Saddlery Outlets, Florists, Souvenir Outlets, Garden Centres, Bridal shops, Art Galleries & Museums, Tourist attractions, Animal parks & zoos, Childrens clothing shops, Department stores and Pharmacies. We are passionate about our products
Both Garry & Sandra are thrilled to be able to work with such quality products. We have spent many years working in the service industry. In her spare time, Sandra is a talented machine quilter and produces some stunning quilts. one day we will get her work displayed on a web site for everyone to enjoy. In his spare time Garry is passionate about historic aircraft and aviation. Working as a volunteer at the local aircraft museum in Tauranga (Classic Flyers NZ). We both enjoy meeting people with the same passions and interests as us. One of the great things about our beautiful umbrellas is that they always attract interest and comments about how bright, gorgeous and eye-catching they are. With most of the designs being taken from beautiful natural images it is no wonder they are so popular with our customers.
Quality Products and Customer Service are our priorities
Our aim is to provide excellent customer service by being available to answer any queries you may have. We stand by the quality of our products. We check each and every umbrella before we send it to you to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards. Should you find that one of our umbrellas or matching bags reaches you with a fault we will immediately replace it. All our umbrella and bag products are covered by a 12 month guarantee against faulty materials and workmanship.

We have the largest range of art & fashion umbrellas available in New Zealand. This is something that we are proud of and want to expand on. It is our intention over the coming year to grow the business with complimentary products so that our customers will have even more choice.
We will be growing our on-line presence and intend to make this a full e-Commerce web site where you will be able to purchase our products directly on-line either as a retail customer or as one of our trade customers.
Fast order turn-around times
It is our policy to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt (depending on stock being available at the time) ensuring you the best possible service. We do not have minimum order quantities, however freight and packaging is charged on all orders. Current market courier rates apply.
